By August, the climate starts getting colder which brings in the Autumn season that lasts till November. The time from October to December is treated as the shoulder season for tourism in Busan. The weather is soothing, and it is a fantastic time for outdoor activities such as hiking, biking and even for walking around the city and in the outskirts. The winters begin in November which is considered mostly as the offseason which lasts till March when it's cold and freezing. It isn't a good time to visit Busan. As it rains sporadically throughout the year, it's advised to carry Umbrellas at all times.
